IMPORTANT: All PDF purchases are digital downloads and therefore non-refundable unless defective or required by UK consumer law.
1. Digital Product Policy
Due to the nature of digital content:
- All PDF guide purchases are final
- You receive immediate access upon payment
- We cannot retract access after delivery
2. Exceptions
Refunds may be considered only if:
- The file is corrupted or unusable
- You received the wrong product
- Required under UK Consumer Rights Act 2015
Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase to support@projectshow.uk with proof of issue.
3. Payment Processing
All transactions are processed through PayPal. We never store your payment details.
If PayPal initiates a refund:
- It may take 5-10 business days to process
- Will be issued to your original payment method

- Include your order number and proof of issue
- We'll respond within 3 business days
